The hotel has a lot of charm in an old English colonial building. The staff are very pleasant and the room is comfortable. The room isn’t well insulated, so we could hear the heavy traffic below.

The team is great, the vibe is wonderful, and the location is perfect—next to the main attractions yet completely secluded. The gardens are beautiful, the beds are large and comfy, and it feels like a home away from home.

“Se cercate tranquillità, calore e gentilezza siete nel posto giusto!!”

If you’re looking for peace, warmth, and kindness, this is the place! The hotel looks stunning, like the Scottish Highlands. It’s separated from the rest of Tana Ratah, but only 5 minutes from Grab. Tana Ratah is pretty ugly and offers few activities, so staying here in absolute tranquility is better. The staff are very kind, helpful, and friendly. Dinner is varied and all delicious (I recommend the soup!). Breakfast can be ordered in American, European, or Chinese style, all prepared on the spot. The room is small but cozy. The bathroom and maintenance could be improved, but given all the other qualities, I highly recommend this hotel.
