How guests rate the property, aspect by aspect.
The hotel is in a superb location, right near the Eiffel Tower, with everything close by. The rooms are small and the cleanliness could be better, but they provide sheets. The staff are excellent, friendly, and easy to deal with; if you need anything, just ask. The rooms let you hear your neighbors sometimes because there isn’t enough soundproofing.

The staff were kind and the balcony was nice, but the room was noisy and poorly insulated; we could hear everything from other rooms, including the flushing. One of our robes disappeared and never came back. The corridors were dark and could use a bit of attention. Breakfast was okay, but a good coffee (not from a machine) would have been appreciated. I didn’t like eating in the basement because it was too dark, so we only had one of the three breakfasts and didn’t return even though we paid for it.
