You needed a pool key and a separate card for towels; the key was also required to re-enter the pool area from the bar or grab‑n‑go spot.

The pool was gorgeous, rooms and grounds were spotless, beds and pillows were comfortable, construction was happening but it didn’t bother me, and I’ll definitely come back.
