No positives to mention. I had to visit the front desk three times to swap out remotes, and each new remote still didn’t work. I got fed up with the back‑and‑forth. There was no Wi‑Fi, no room phone, and the ice machine was inoperable.

The spot was great, but the building itself looked nothing like the photos online. The ice machine was filthy, with all kinds of sludge in the bottom of the first‑floor unit. When I checked in, I was told there was a doll, but there was also a human hair in the sheets and on the table. In the bathroom the tub was disgusting—dirty at the bottom, covered in pink mildew and mold. I asked for a cleaning, and the staff sprayed it while I stood there, but it didn’t clear up. I snapped pictures. We only stayed one night because we had to leave after a storm.

I was able to bring my tiny dog, but the place was not clean—there was a white towel used to wipe up water and it was black—and the front desk was not very friendly.

Nothing good to say. The room was dingy and uncomfortable: the mattress was yellow, ripped, and the springs were exposed. The sheets and cover were paper‑thin with holes all over. The dresser had a piece of plywood underneath and the drawers wouldn’t stay closed. The shower didn’t drain, so water pooled every time we showered, and the floors were gross.

I found the place extremely dirty and it made me feel unsafe, and everything else was just as bad.
