The place was in a decent spot and the locals were super helpful. I ran into a few snags: the TV in my room was broken, there was no hot water so I couldn’t shower, my bed had no pillow so a tenant had to hand me a cushion and a bin, and the kitchen was out of commission.

Friendly tenant staying next door. To working toilet, owners lied about having cleaners, kitchen smells like it’s been abandoned for 10 years and had to drag a mattress into the next room because original room wasn’t available due to damages and people using it as a drug den
