The view and breakfast were great, but the water was lukewarm and the rooms weren't well insulated from each other.

The best views on the island, even better than some luxury spots where we had Aperitivo. The staff and owner were warm and welcoming, and breakfast was the best of our 3.5‑week Sicilian trip, featuring delicious local products and homemade cakes and pastries. A bit of a walk up the hill to restaurants and bars or downhill to the beach (fine for us, but challenging if you have any physical limitations).

A quiet location close to the beach, beautiful views, even of the island Stromboli. Friendly and helpful staff and good breakfast with a wide selection. In the room there was no window, so it was very dark (the owner explained that she couldn’t remodel the original house to her liking).

We stayed at this place and we were very comfortable. The staff was truly friendly and helpful, and the property is very beautiful and well‑maintained. The location in Malfa is ideal for those seeking tranquility: it’s in a much more relaxed area, between Pollara and Santa Marina. Having a car is advisable for exploring the island, but that was actually one of the pleasant aspects of our stay. Breakfast was also very good, abundant, and full of typical Sicilian products: croissants, doughnuts, cakes, fruit, and various other options—a nice way to start the day. Overall it was a very pleasant and relaxing experience, definitely a place I would recommend to anyone looking for tranquility and wanting to experience Salina calmly. The only less positive note concerns some small issues with the room: we found a constant water leak in the toilet, which was slightly annoying, and the mini‑fridge was quite noisy, especially at night. We also noticed a few ants inside the room. These are easily fixable, but it would be useful to pay a bit more attention to these details.
