The seaside setting is gorgeous and the spa sits right on the water. The bed and sheets were very cozy and the room was a good size. The shower was excellent. The food is top quality, but it’s expensive and you can’t order just a main dish (you must take at least two courses).

It was absolutely horrendous—nothing like the photos. Dining was a terrible experience, and I’m demanding a full refund. Food, lodging, everything was really, really disappointing.

The location is lovely but a bit isolated. The restaurant food is very good, yet it costs E75 for a three‑course meal. The standard double on the ground floor was smaller than advertised, the tiny ensuite had black mould, and it was priced at E300. We were moved to a different room.
