Ens ha encantat poder viure en aquest hotel. La Rosi ha estat molt amable i simpàtica amb nosaltres. Vam arribar molt d'hora al matí i ens van deixar entrar a l'habitació sense problema. La neteja espectacular. Les intal•lacions de 10. L'esmorzar super complet i molt bo. S'esforçaven molt en que tinguèssim una molt bona estada i ens van cuidar com si fossim familia

The owners were very friendly and helpful, always focusing on guests’ needs. My room was spotless. Breakfast was excellent. Two fantastic restaurants nearby are especially good for dinner. The hotel courtyard offered secure parking for my motorcycle with bags.

The staff were very friendly, attentive, and helpful, and they suggested several activities for us to try. A kettle and an iron were available for shared use, and the location was conveniently close to Pimentel. Unfortunately, the swimming pool was not available during our stay, even though it looked very nice in the photos, so I recommend asking in advance whether the pool will be available before making a reservation. We stayed in Room 24 on the second floor. Natural ventilation was very limited, and the fan was quite old and did not provide much airflow, so the room became extremely hot. Keeping the windows closed was not really an option because the heat became unbearable. Mosquitoes were also a serious issue; as shown in the photos, there were mosquitoes inside our room, and the windows did not have screens. At the same time, we could not keep the windows or curtains closed because of the heat, and my wife and I ended up with multiple mosquito bites. I strongly recommend bringing mosquito repellent or another way to keep mosquitoes away. Since this is a guesthouse-style hotel, you depend on the staff to open the door when entering or leaving the property. If you arrive late at night or leave very early in the morning, this can be inconvenient, and that was something we did not particularly like. If you expect to be coming and going frequently outside regular hours, this is something worth taking into consideration.
