How guests rate the property, aspect by aspect.
The staff were top tier and really met our needs, and the food was decent. The place sits close to the main highway and about 25 min from Nanyuki town. Ants were a problem: on day 1 there were a few, but by day 2 there were five or more and they had taken over the rooms, probably because it was dry season or low season, so be careful and maybe don’t leave snacks in the room.

Nelion gave us a peaceful vibe, beautiful surroundings, and a truly relaxing stay. The staff were warm, attentive, and made us feel genuinely welcome throughout our visit, and we enjoyed the stunning morning view of Mt Kenya, the clean pool, and the playground as wonderful extras. I’d happily recommend it to anyone looking for a memorable place to stay and can’t wait to return.

The room was huge and spacious with plenty of furniture for different needs. Meals were yummy with many options. The view of Mt Kenya was superb and the fresh morning air was great, plus the grounds were well manicured. Maybe a later checkout time would let you enjoy the ambiance more.

Breakfast options could be more, but what was on offer was good enough. The location is superb! Waking up to see the majestic Mt Kenya in front of you was stupendous. This is in addition to a quiet, cool neighbourhood with quick access to Nanyuki Town and all its urban facilities. Nothing too obvious, but conserving water while heating for showering would reduce your environmental footprint significantly.
