The breakfast could be improved; there is very little variety and quantity, the space is small, it fills up quickly, and it’s hard to find a spot to sit.

The location is good and the staff were quick to address problems, but there were too many issues: we were assigned a room with a broken toilet seat, the shower flooded the whole room, the room was dirty, the building was old, and the mobile AC was very noisy. I had to request a room change and was “moved as a courtesy” to the main building, where the room was newer but still not worth the price.

The place sits in a good spot, offering a double‑bed room with a small sitting area and a reception desk right across in the main building. Unfortunately, the bathroom had mould and humidity, the air‑conditioning was broken, the utensils were dirty, the minibar contained expired bottles, and the curtain rod was broken, exposing the parking view during breakfast. The windows wouldn’t open, which seems typical for older hotels. The welcome was rather cold and rushed. The only bright side was the friendly housekeeping staff. It wasn’t ideal for a family with young kids, though it might work for a short, festive trip to Miami.

The location is great, but our stay didn’t meet expectations. The photos on the hotel’s website don’t match the actual condition of the rooms, which look old and worn. Sound insulation is very poor; we could hear noises from neighboring rooms and the hallway clearly. Some doors, especially the bathroom door, didn’t close properly, and the kitchenette was under-equipped: a four‑person room had only one cup and two plates, making the stay unnecessarily difficult. Reception communication was disappointing; we weren’t told that the rooftop pool was under renovation or that guests could use another hotel’s rooftop pool, nor about the Beach Club’s discounted rates. We only found out about all this after four to five days. Given the room condition and service, the price‑performance ratio is off. The only positive is the excellent location, but the rooms, amenities, and lack of information don’t justify the price. We can only recommend it with reservations.
