How guests rate the property, aspect by aspect.
We stayed on the boat and it met our expectations. The location was great, right on the water, and the weather was perfect. Living on a ship has its quirks, but we were prepared and managed fine. Breakfast tasted good. Overall the stay was pleasant and we’re satisfied. The small toilet and the lack of a shower were minor issues, but since we were on a boat we couldn’t change that. It was okay.

The staff were very helpful and friendly, and the location was very nice. There was a noticeable smell in the bedrooms.

Angelo is the perfect host and communication with him was flawless. We were two adults and three children and spent a week on the boat, missing one night in the middle when we went to Rome. The location is probably thirty seconds to a couple of restaurants (there are about 10 on the whole marina site). A laundrette is about five minutes walk from the boat. The nearest beach is probably a ten minute walk (with children). Parasols on the boat were available to borrow. A bus stop is again ten minutes from the boat. We used it to get to the train station (10 minutes journey) and then another 40 minutes on the train to Rome. We also used this bus stop to go to a more developed beach and evening in Ostia (more choice of restaurants and shops). The boat had two toilets and a shower (which was very good). There was also loads of outdoor space (that we wouldn’t have got in a hotel). We felt perfectly safe. We spoke to the marine biologist boat that was parked close to this boat, so they recognised us and we knew them which was helpful. We loved this experience (better than a hotel and probably cheaper). We had no complaints. Angelo provided us with a lovely breakfast each morning. We enjoyed eating at Green Friends on the evening (good place if you have children), which was a five minute walk away (tucked away, you could miss it). Brilliant holiday. Brilliant accommodation. Nothing negative about the boat.

My partner and I spent one night on the boat, our first time doing something like this. Angelo was very kind and quickly explained everything clearly. The boat was very nice, had everything needed and more, especially the food and drinks provided. Overall a great experience worth repeating, thanks to Angelo for his kindness. Nothing negative; we liked everything.
