The place is well‑located relative to the ferries, being in front, breakfast is ordinary, the breakfast staff is good, the room is small with a cramped smell, the bathroom leaves much to be desired due to its small size, it was found with days of dust, the cleaning on subsequent days was bad—no cleaning was done, they just tossed the sheets up leaving everything dirty underneath; we complained and the cleaning got worse, plus they left dirty gloves used for cleaning. Reception offered no solution or compensation for the poor service, I don’t recommend it for the price‑quality ratio; there are more central places with better facilities. The room is small, smells bad, and the cleaning service is poor.
