“Jeri, todo increíble”

The spot’s spot-on, just a few blocks from the town center and the beach. Breakfast was tasty, served by Francisco who never stops smiling. The front desk had a friendly woman, though I never caught her name. The room was cramped for clothes, and while it had a private terrace, the steep ladder made moving items up and down a hassle. Shampoo was scarce and there was no conditioner.

“Some improvements needed”

The location is great. Jeri is a small town but very busy, so it can get noisy; Araxá is well‑situated and quiet. Francisco from the breakfast service is a lovely person and always smiling. The rest of the staff aren’t friendly and you don’t feel welcomed unless you see Francisco. The room with a terrace on the upper floor could be nicer, but no effort was made to make the space comfortable; some adapted furniture would help. During my four‑night stay I never saw any guests using their terrace.

The service was excellent, with staff who were incredibly attentive, the location was great, and the breakfast was good. We were two women sharing a room; we asked for separate beds and ended up with a double bed and a sofa bed that was very uncomfortable. The shower had weak water pressure, and even after cleaning there was little improvement; it also gave a shocking sensation.

“Très bonne adresse tout près de la plage”

The suites are large. The bedding is good. The staff are charming and attentive. The jacuzzi on the terrace is a real delight after long walks. The breakfast is hearty.
