“Lumayan”

I recently stayed at a hotel that exceeded my expectations in many ways. The facilities were excellent, clean, and even provided a refrigerator, which was a welcome bonus. The location was also very strategic, making it easy to get around. However, I encountered some issues with the staff, who were a bit abrupt when I made a mistake with my booking date. It turned out I had accidentally booked for four days on the wrong date, and the hotel's response to my error was a bit slow.
