Even though the cleanliness and facilities are a bit dated, the price‑performance ratio is excellent; there’s plenty to do for kids under 36 months up to adults, a 24‑hour convenience store eliminates any inconvenience, the soundproofing seems better than expected, and each floor has a cart for moving luggage, making it easy for families with children, but there were spots of mold in the bathroom, a shortage of towels, and not enough toilet paper.
The hotel's location was perfect for skiing, but the heating system was a bit of a letdown since we couldn't adjust the temperature. The view from our room was amazing, overlooking the slopes.
The hotel room was a real treat - it was spotless, spacious, and had everything I needed. The cleanliness and size of the room really made my stay enjoyable. However, the location was a bit of a letdown, as it was a bit far from Seoul, which made it harder to get around. Still, the positives outweighed the negatives, and I'd definitely consider staying here again.
It’s an old property, yet it’s kept clean and tidy. A full remodel would make it even better.
The hotel's spacious rooms and facilities were definitely a highlight, but the lack of renovation and steep prices were a major letdown. I was expecting a bit more modernization for the price I paid, but unfortunately, it felt like I was getting a dated experience. The rooms themselves were nice, but the outdated decor and worn-out furniture didn't quite match the premium feel I was expecting. Still, the staff were friendly and the location was great, so it wasn't all bad.
