The hotel was spotless, perched on a hill with expansive, peaceful views; the Western breakfast left me still hungry, while the Japanese option was richer and even included tasty white rice.

We were blown away by this place! Being the only foreigners, the chef still made us vegetarian dishes—something other hotels wouldn’t do. Everyone on staff was friendly, the room was roomy and cozy, the views were fantastic everywhere, and the onsen was top‑class. We also liked the massage chair area, the wine dispenser, and the postcard service. Strolling through the fruit park and driving around Kofu was a joy. Highly recommend!

The hotel staff were thoughtful, and both dinner and breakfast were delicious, warm meals that I really enjoyed. The food was tasty. It felt a little chilly at night because of the season, but the facilities seemed adequate.
