I liked the service, the location, and the local culture, but the fact that it was still under construction was a downside.

I was very upset with the way Alan Benítez treated me. As a regular guest who’s stayed about 10‑15 times, I was shocked by his rude behavior. He laughed, made bad faces, and even talked behind my back. On several occasions he mocked me even when I wasn’t speaking to him. While I understand that sometimes a request can’t be fulfilled, the manner and lack of respect were unacceptable. His attitude made me feel uncomfortable for the entire stay and left a terrible impression, especially since I’m a frequent customer.

The hotel’s location was great, the breakfast was good, the rooms were spacious, and the facilities were modern; I’ll definitely return, though parking was limited.

“Aceptable pero desilusionada.”

The location and friendly staff were positives, but the rooms had issues and work was done during siesta hours, which kept my parents from napping after lunch. Asking to switch from a noisy older room to a quieter suite without a price adjustment felt unfair.

“Nice Location with a lot of building going on”

Roof top Bar with Swimming Pool. and Apartment with Balcony was great. The mixed concept between Hotel , Office Building , Restarante ,Coffee Shop and Fitnessstudio is Great. the room service left the food quit long in the corrosion
