The spot sits right in the middle of Thao Dien and less than 2 km from the metro. It’s super clean, the staff are helpful, there’s plenty of natural light and a great view of Landmark 81. Note that the room is on the 4th floor with no elevator, and the walk to the house is short but cars can’t reach it.

The location was spot‑on, with everything I needed just a short walk away. District 2 offers plenty of cafés, restaurants, and shops. The room and common areas were clean and well kept, and I liked that the host does weekly room cleaning. All in all, a comfortable and convenient stay—I’d definitely return to HCM.

Thao Dien Co Living is clean and peaceful, with a great spot that still feels calm. The host is very responsive and ensures everything is well looked after. There’s also a nice café right in front, which is a lovely bonus.

This place was exactly what I needed: well located in Thao Dien, away from city hustle yet close to the centre. Very clean, spacious, with friendly, accommodating staff. Fast Wi‑Fi and great views of Landmark 81 made for a perfect evening office setup. Great value for money! Thanks for a lovely stay and for being so accommodating; I’ll definitely come back next time I’m in the area. The only downside is there’s no lift, which wasn’t a problem for me but could matter for someone with limited mobility.

The place is clean and quiet except for the 4 am rooster crowing and dogs barking, which you can hear clearly. The air‑conditioner is brand new and very cold, and the furnishings are simple but useful. The shared bathroom outside the room is a bit inconvenient at times, and there are no towels, toothbrushes or shampoo, so you have to bring your own.
