The facilities were decent, but the staff were extremely rude, left us without cleaning on the first day, gave us no water, and the internet didn’t work—an absolutely terrible hotel. I had already paid and booked, yet a woman who pretended to help forced me to cancel my card and pay in cash, a very aggressive and unpleasant experience.
