Location. After staying in the accommodation for a few months, I encountered such an inadequate host for the first time. When I asked a question, the host morally insulted me, started shouting, swore, threatened not to accommodate me even though the money was already paid. He demanded a refund if we were not accommodated, but I would only get the money back after several weeks when I received the refund from the booking platform. Finally a compromise was reached when I suggested a practical resolution and we stayed the night, but when we left to walk around the city, without our knowledge a person came to the room and left our lights on; the lights were turned off.
