The room was too expensive compared to other non‑A/C rooms; I felt I deserved an A/C room based on other hotels. I also found the TV non‑functional, so my family had to pass idle time. I can't say exactly what was wrong, but I assure the experience was average.

The location was good and the room was clean. The food at their restaurant (Kabsa) was good. The TV didn’t work, some of the electric sockets were broken, and the lift wasn’t available on the ground floor.
