The hotel’s location is great, the breakfast is tasty and varied, and the staff are helpful, especially Brother Ibrahim. The bed is uncomfortable, the elevator takes a very long time, the rooms lack soundproofing so you hear street traffic, neighboring rooms, and the fridge is hot and doesn’t cool. The air‑conditioner works but sometimes turns off and then turns back on.

The location is amazing, close to everything, just minutes away from everything you want. The Syrian brother is very helpful, never fell short on anything we needed. In front of the hotel there’s a garden with children’s play equipment. The breakfast is very nice, I liked the variety of options, and the best part was that the buffet stays open until about 12 pm. The bathroom was unexpectedly small; I booked a non‑smoking room, but at night a strong smoke smell came from the bathroom and bothered us.
