“Riad bien situé et très agréable mais trop cher”
A stunning Riad, perfectly positioned and staffed with attentive, always available personnel—thanks to them! The price, however, feels steep compared to the services offered. Ras.

Riad Zineb, in Marrakech's historical Medina district, features a counter-current pool and panoramic terrace with rooftop and Atlas Mountain views. Spacious Moroccan-style rooms have air-conditioning, seating areas, and private bathrooms. The riad offers Moroccan cuisine, traditional breakfast, 24-hour reception, massages, and free Wi-Fi. Guided tours and proximity to Jamaâ El Fna Square and souks make it an ideal stay.

The riad is located in a prime spot for walking around the souks and sits on a quiet street. The property itself was very clean and had everything we needed, and the breakfasts were amazing with a wide range of delicious dishes. The staff were friendly, kind, and helpful without being pushy. We chose an airport pick‑up and were escorted on foot from the taxi to the hotel, which worked perfectly. We visited with our 12‑ and 14‑year‑old children, who felt safe and well cared for. Nothing was wrong for us; it was perfect. As others have mentioned, there are many stairs, so if you have very young children or older, less mobile guests, the climb to breakfast might be a bit much, but that’s likely true anywhere.

Very good breakfast. The staff were exceptionally friendly and attentive. Being able to use the sister hotel’s facilities, including the restaurant, was very nice. Walking distance to all sights in the medina.

The riad sits in a great spot and the staff are fantastic, always looking after guests; the extra services are superb, like arranging a taxi at 3 am, and everything is organized flawlessly. The only issue isn’t the riad itself but the electrical infrastructure: the air‑conditioning worked but would often shut down and restart.

The location is amazing, the staff are lovely, the rooms are beautiful, and the breakfast is wonderful. Nothing else to add!
