The rooms were clean and the reception and restaurant staff were good. The laundry misplaced some of my clothes and when I finally got them back they were still dirty and had not been cleaned, even though I was charged for it.

An excellent hotel with quality rooms, friendly staff, and all the amenities you could hope for; it really goes the extra mile. I thoroughly enjoyed my stay here, a real step above the norm in Kampala. The restaurant was a bit slow.
