Had a fantastic stay. The staff went above and beyond with any needs we had. Rooms are lovely and clean and the hotel is in an excellent location with plenty to see and do nearby. The metro is right outside too making it easy to reach other areas of the city. Nothing

The service was very bad, and my room upgrade wasn’t done even though I had requested it. The rooms were very old, and the cleaning was poor. The elevators were very small and long lines formed. The room faced the building’s void and the noise from the machines (probably air‑conditioning units) kept me from sleeping.
