The front desk staff were incredibly polite and helpful, and the room was clean and updated for a Motel 6. However, the pool and hot tub are advertised but not functional; they have been out of service since the pumphouse burned down in '21, yet the website still claims they are available. The ice machines are broken and left in the laundry room. Crackheads camp in the back of the lot. If the pictures were accurate, the place would be fully booked. Update your website and pricing!

The room was clean, but everything else was a disappointment. The advertised pool and hot tub were closed, and I was assigned a smoking room even though I had booked a non‑smoking one. There was no ice— the ice machine was broken and no replacement was offered. The only remedy presented was to leave and receive a full refund at 6 pm that evening.
