The 4‑bedroom was spacious with a balcony, and the shared kitchen support was very handy. The mattress on one of the beds was already very worn. One of the toilets didn’t work, as did a TV and one of the AC units.

Breakfast was included and the staff were friendly, plus a fridge and extra communal kitchen in the room. The stairs made it hard to carry luggage up.

We were greeted warmly by the host, who walked us through all the activities available during our visit. Each morning she cooked a varied and outstanding breakfast. She even offered to drive us to the train station because pedestrian access between the two spots is poor. The place is very close to the station and we had a small balcony. We stayed on the 2nd floor, so there was no lift, which was tough since I have mobility issues right now. The host helped us carry our luggage to the room, but the common area and breakfast room are on the lower floors.

The hotel owner is extremely friendly and helpful, knows the area inside out, and can recommend great places to eat or public transport options. The breakfast spread is generous, so everyone can find something they like. The building is quite old and some areas could use a refresh. Parking is off the street, so you have to be lucky to snag a spot. We arrived late and only got a spot because the owner kindly offered us her space.

The breakfast was good. We arrived at night and both we and Google Maps had trouble getting there. I'm XXL and the shower enclosure barely fits me.
