The location and breakfast were decent. The towels weren’t changed, the doors shut poorly, and you have to keep clapping.

Luxurious structure and surroundings. Elegance and beauty from the hall to the room, from the breakfast room to the pool. Wifi was good. Reception staff were courteous. The location near Islamic monuments and the bathroom and room amenities (towel, slippers, hair dryer) were appreciated. There was a variety of breakfast options. The bathroom mirror light was not working (can happen).

I loved this hotel. The location is fantastic, literally next to the Mausoleum, and I thoroughly enjoyed staying here. The room was large, well appointed and very comfortable: especially the bed - not hard at all. The breakfast was excellent with a lot of choice, in a lovely dining room. I had originally booked to stay somewhere else and am very happy I changed to this hotel. Bring an eye mask; the curtains did not block out much light at all. Also there is no luggage rack in the room, an oversight in such a good hotel. Plus, the internet is very unreliable but that didn't matter so much for me

The hotel is near the mausoleum and close to attractions such as the Caravanserai, clean, cozy, not crowded, friendly staff. The view was of the city, which was disappointing. Breakfasts were fairly modest.
