Very friendly and efficient staff at check in. Room was clean and had everything I needed (bed amazing), loved the iPad controls over all the facilities in the room. Central Glasgow location was so convenient. Better instructions about the kitchen facilities- no kettle in the room and still not sure if you had to pay for coffee!
