How guests rate the property, aspect by aspect.
The location and staff friendliness. We only had to pay for parking one day. Near a bullring that’s been converted into a commercial area with many food options. The bathroom light leaked into the room. The breakfast variety was limited. The terrace is very small and poor, it could be more useful. The toilet had no door. There was no dinner.

Nice, helpful, professional staff. Good breakfast. Nicely located near public transport. Great gym. The minimalist design of the room and bathroom is depressing. Traffic noise forces you to keep the windows shut and rely on AC even at night.

There was nothing to like about the hotel or the staff; I will never book any of the 3K group hotels where my life could be at risk. I wonder how the booking platform enrolled them as a hotel without checking safety parameters. We were told to park our car in the basement, only to be hit by an oncoming car. Both entry and exit use the same single lane road, and the staff opening the gate had no courtesy to inform customers about the oncoming vehicle, which could be seen on their camera. We missed it by just 1 meter. When I asked, the customer service responded rudely, telling me I could go to another hotel or not park my car. If it had not been late hours, I would have cancelled my booking and taken my mother to another hotel. The management also lacked courtesy to resolve the issue; they seemed to encourage it, as the other customer service returned to tell us that the manager had said we could cancel the booking. It is sad to note that they have a website where members can book, but they also need a separate site where members can raise such issues to safeguard their members and their reputation. I have been a member for over a decade, and now I am questioning whether I should book through them or use other service providers.

Spacious, clean, and the bed was very comfortable, but the parking space was very narrow.
