The hotel sits in a convenient spot, and the rooms were clean and tidy. The staff were friendly and always ready to lend a hand, which added to the overall pleasant experience.

The hotel is well‑situated, but I was disappointed to find old, torn candy wrappers behind the curtain in the breakfast room and lobby. It made the otherwise nice location feel a bit untidy.

The sisters running the hotel were incredibly kind and attentive, turning our stay into a cozy, family‑style experience. The service was top‑notch and everything ran smoothly, though I did notice the hot water seemed to shut off late at night.

The place is smack in the middle of town, so you’re never far from restaurants or the après‑ski scene. The sauna and pool area look nice and everything was spotless. My room was roomy and the buffet spread was generous. When I mentioned the bed, the staff fixed it right away. A few quirks: no outdoor space near the sauna, the third bed was on the hard side, and the glass doors to the bathroom and toilet were a bit inconvenient for a group of guys.
