I received an email for pre‑check‑in from the last quarter and they tried to charge my card twice even though my room had already been paid in full; I called them but couldn’t reach them, and when I finally did, they didn’t understand what I was talking about.

The location was great, the bed was cozy and the AC was sufficient, but the pool looked filthy and the shower was cold with weak water pressure.

The beds were very comfortable, but there were many smudges and hair on the walls, a smear of blood next to the toilet, the bottom of the mini‑fridge was full of dirt and dust, and our room smelled like cigarette smoke; if it was a smoking room, it would have been nice to be offered a non‑smoking alternative.
