Unfortunately, my stay at this hotel turned out to be a disaster. Although the location was convenient, it couldn't make up for the poor service I experienced. I was forced to wait for over an hour and a half in the waiting area, which put me behind schedule for an important conference. To make matters worse, I was unable to obtain a bill for my stay, and I had to pay the full amount before leaving.

I had a pleasant experience during my stay, particularly with the hotel's reception team, who were friendly and welcoming. However, I was slightly disappointed with the initial check-in process, as I had to wait for a considerable amount of time despite being right on schedule. This minor delay set the tone for the rest of my visit, but fortunately, the hotel's staff made up for it with their excellent service.
