The staff were all friendly and helpful, and I liked everything about the place.

The rooms were spotless and the staff were incredibly friendly and helpful, and the location was right in the middle of shopping, ferry terminals and restaurants. I did wish there were hand‑towel bars, and the breakfast menu felt repetitive each day.
