The spot was convenient. The room had several serious problems: no hot water for two straight days, which is a basic requirement. The room’s condition was poor, with a strong cigarette odor, a damaged mosquito net, and bed sheets that were stained and burnt. Overall, the cleanliness and upkeep were unacceptable. I brought the issues to the staff’s attention, but nothing was resolved during my stay. I reached out to the property on my behalf, yet no solution or compensation was offered. Because of this, I cannot recommend this place; it falls short of basic hygiene and service standards.

The staff, food, facilities, and location were all excellent. The value for money was fantastic. I strongly recommend this place for anyone looking for a quiet corner of Kathmandu, especially since it’s very close to Boudha Stupa.

The hotel was welcoming, the room was a good size, the bedding was comfortable, and the service was superb, all within 5 minutes of the great stupa. The price-quality ratio was excellent.

The room was pleasant, bright, and quiet, close to the stupa, and the staff were attentive to every detail.
