“It done what was needed for us in our time in Edmonton”
The hotel is close to shops and eateries both inside and nearby, so I never had to travel far for anything. I was disappointed that the hot tub was broken during my stay, but we had the pool to ourselves, which was a nice perk.
It’s a good spot to stay.
The location. I made a reservation for this hotel was the location, price and the name of "holiday Inn". it was good value for 3 people. However, i do not like one person sleeps on sofa bed so i make sure i got two beds. when we try to check in, they said our room has sofa bed and saying that the has the problem, so i did not get the two beds. i know that is lies. i have been using for long time, this was never happened to me. so, they put price low, lots people come and they did not have two beds rooms to give to me. I would not never go to this hotel anymore. the location is good, but the facility is old and they have never updated
The staff were friendly, thank you.
“Great place to stay very quiet, clean, and comfortable . Outstanding customer service! Thank you !”
The breakfast spot was right next to the hotel and worked out great; the food was tasty and the staff were super friendly. On the downside, the outdoor area needed a good cleaning—slick, mop, sweep—benches should be washed daily, cigarette butts cleared, glass doors sparkling, and some flowers would really improve the look.
