The reception staff were friendly, mostly young people who always approached guests politely and seemed eager to help with any issues that arose; some of the cabins had air‑conditioning, ours didn’t but we got two fans which was appreciated, and overall the accommodation complex was nice with a pleasant restaurant and a nice outdoor area with benches, loungers, swings and a fenced space you could walk into with a child, plus the surrounding area was beautiful especially for water‑sport enthusiasts. Unfortunately, our cabin suffered from a leaking water heater in the bathroom, leaving water on the floor all night after an evening shower, and despite several reports the problem wasn’t fixed during our stay; ants invaded the kitchen and the cabin entrance, even getting into our bag with opened baby porridge and pasta, forcing us to discard some food, and after reporting it a courteous young staff member spread ant‑repellent around. The water pressure was extremely low, mainly in the shower, and the receptionist claimed the local municipality had imposed water‑use restrictions, though it was unclear if that was the cause. There were no cleaning supplies at all—no rags, brushes, mop, or even a small basin—and no paper towels, so we had to borrow rags from reception to wipe up the bathroom leak, which was surprising for a cabin. The kitchenette was sparsely equipped, the TV gave a few channels with frequent picture interference, and there was no internet in the cabin. Breakfast seemed pricey at 60 zł per person, feeling overpriced for the buffet, though that’s subjective. The cabins, about eight of them, sit very close together, each with a fire‑pit or grill area; once our neighbours held a late‑night barbecue, making it hard to get quiet because of the proximity, which is understandable given the mix of families with small children and guests wanting to party. Additionally, the shower cabin door, the heater housing, and the bathroom electrical sockets were damaged, showing poor maintenance.
