“Gorgeous scenery! Great hotel and most staff were excellent.”
I felt safe in the neighbourhood, but the hotel restaurant food was excellent! Other local restaurant food was not good at all.

Overall, I really enjoyed my stay. The service was wonderful, the staff very attentive, and the hotel’s services worked very well. I also liked the pool area and, in general, had a very pleasant experience in the other parts of the hotel. What disappointed me was mainly the breakfast. On the first day, around 8:30 am, the dining room was quite disorganized, with several tables full of dirty dishes, even on tables that were already empty. We were four people and I had to ask someone to clean a table so we could sit. Moreover, there was no one at the entrance to receive guests, and some items like scrambled eggs were completely empty and took a long time to be restocked, to the point that I had to look for someone to notify them. Another negative point was the room cleaning. When I arrived, I noticed that part of the floor had a lot of dust and sand, showing that the cleaning had not been done properly. For a Pestana hotel, considering its standard and category, I expected more attention to the breakfast organization and room cleanliness.
