The kitchen and bathrooms were clean, and the sheets were tidy, but you can hear everything through the walls, making it noisy depending on other guests, and I even spotted a mouse.
“You pay minimum you get minimum”
Nothing to say good, but that house should be shut down and refurbished; the second door feels like a joke, the carpet is disgusting and vile, and I was scared to take my shoes off.

The location was good, with buses running all day and night and a reasonable distance from the tube station, yet the rooms were very small, not very clean, with sockets hanging from the wall; the kitchen and communal bathroom were not clean, and over our two‑day stay we saw no cleaning at all; the rooms are split with single plasterboard panels so you hear every noise from other rooms, and aside from the initial self‑check‑in instructions there was no way to contact the owners when we needed a VAT invoice, which was never issued.
There was no free Wi‑Fi, which is essential for international travelers these days, and sharing a bathroom was a challenge on the top floor, though we managed, and overall the stay was decent.
