The staff were friendly and helpful, rooms were clean, the pool was nice and quiet, parking was ample, and the on‑site bistro and wine tasting were enjoyable. However, there were no pictures on any wall in our room or in front of the elevators—no art, no aesthetic, just plain empty bare walls that made the room feel ascetic. The large, beautiful back patio had comfortable furniture but was not maintained daily; it was generally dusty for days and the cushions were not wiped down. There was no patio attendant, no music piped onto the patio, and no evidence of an outdoor bar being used. No greeter was present at the front.
