The room was cozy and spotless, with a crisp feel to the air. However, the view was limited because the trees blocked most of it, the pillows felt a bit too soft, and the floating breakfast arrived late, started to sink, and had no protective layer against the poolwater.

“Great place to be still ad recharge”

The rooms were great, the individual pools were a delight, the staff were friendly and helpful, and the property overall was nicer than what the website showed; it was a truly relaxing retreat and we enjoyed our stay a lot and met some great people. My complaints are minimal but reasonable: 1) the food was very disappointing, with limited variety and bland taste; lobster was out of season, so another upsell option would have helped, and I would have liked more Caribbean dishes, even if only as a daily special. 2) the beach was cute but very limited; there was a lot of algae/seaweed, which is out of the property’s control, but you should ask before you trek from the main hotel. Also, it is not walkable to the beach; don’t believe anyone who says otherwise. The hills will kill you, and the lack of a regular shuttle needs fixing. 3) there isn’t much nearby off the property, and a taxi costs roughly $80US round trip anywhere, including a convenience store.
