I understand the hotel has check‑in and check‑out rules, but we were coming for our son’s operation, with a flight back in the evening, and asked to stay in the room until 18:00. They not only were rude in refusing but initially tried to charge the full daily rate; only after speaking with the manager was it lowered to 45 $ so we wouldn’t have to leave the child after the operation at 12:00 and wait all day at the airport. I think they could have been more accommodating given our circumstances. Overall, the hospitality suffered.

I stayed in a clean and well‑maintained hotel in Saburtalo, a quiet neighborhood far from the city center’s bustle. The building offers spacious rooms and a pleasant courtyard. The staff were very friendly, helpful, and attentive, making the overall service excellent. Daily cleaning and frequent towel changes were a clear strength, and the rooms, though modest in size, were functional with a fridge, TV, AC, and comfortable beds. I appreciated the free bottled water, soap, shampoo, disposable toothbrush, toothpaste, and slippers that were regularly refilled. Breakfast was simple but satisfying, and the Wi‑Fi worked flawlessly. The private free parking was very convenient for our car, and the metro is about a 15‑minute walk away; Bolt rides were also easy to arrange.

The hotel’s proximity to many city landmarks was a big plus. Breakfast was great, the place was clean, and the staff were friendly.
