Not much to say; the shower was slow and the temperature fluctuated, the internet was very slow—forget about streaming—and the location is okay but you need a grab to get anywhere.

I loved the view, the staff’s kindness, the design, and the location, plus the Santiago bar downstairs was a great addition. My room 363 had many ants that ate most of my food, but overall I loved the hotel.

The breakfast was good, the rooms are a bit small but the comfort is really there. The isolation isn’t great, either because of the corridor and the noise from other room doors or the windows. For instance, our window didn’t close well, so the AC motor noise was constant.
