The bed was uncomfortable, which made the stay less enjoyable.
The place worked well for a quick bite, but the room floors were not clean and the pool was shut down for repairs.
“Clean and comfortable, good location though a bit pricy for a basic room”
The room was clean and comfortable, and its location next to a bar and grill was convenient, but the lobby speakers blasted AC/DC and Metallica, making it hard to hear the front desk when checking in. Breakfast was advertised at 6:30; I arrived just after 6:30 and the lights were out and the doors locked; at 6:45 the same thing happened, and only around 7:00 did they open the doors.
“It was okay.”
The room offered good value and a convenient location, yet the pool was closed—a disappointment after hearing many locals and visitors rave about it. The hotel described itself as a 'boutique', but the room felt very basic and nothing like boutique; it was not cleaned during our stay, apparently only when you leave, which is not how hotels usually operate—daily cleaning with new sheets and towels is standard unless water restrictions apply or you opt out.
“The accommodations were Great but the Staff you have there are awesome.”
The staff were awesome, but the staff— (the review repeats this point).
