Located in the city center with lovely staff, good value, cleanliness, and free water for refilling your bottle, but there was no hot water dispenser for warm herbal tea or similar, and an extra IDR 20K was charged for an upgrade (with shower) that they couldn't provide in the room I ordered.

For the price it was acceptable, nothing special—just a place to sleep, but there were ants in the room, so some cleaning and preventive measures against insects are needed.

The staff were incredibly helpful, but the room was decent, the mattress not very comfortable, and the bathroom was only moderately clean.
