Next to Sogno Coffee and close to Melawati Mall, the place feels gloomy and even haunted. The staff’s hospitality and attitude were poor, and they didn’t give any details about having to stand by RM50 cash as a deposit using a machine.

“Cool place”

From the entrance the hotel looks modest, but the room itself was spacious and neat. The bathroom was clean and had no broken items, unlike most other hotels. The only downside was the self‑check‑in machine outside, which I hated.
