“Zeer goed culinair hotel”
A very good hotel – the food was tasty and the breakfast was solid. Everything was kept very clean and well maintained.

The staff (one person who handled everything) were friendly and helpful, and from the accommodation you could go on nice walks. The breakfast was disappointing: each person received only one very thin slice of cheese and one thin slice of ham, plus tiny jars of jam. There were no local products such as sausage and ham that you’d expect from the Ardennes. It was very plain and certainly not the excellent fare that was advertised. The dinner was also not worth mentioning and certainly not for the price. The photos on the site do not match what we received, which is why we chose a different restaurant the next day and enjoyed it fully. Regrettable.

The staff were friendly, but when we arrived the front door looked like it needed a refresh.

It’s always a pleasant stay. The staff are super friendly and the food is tasty. However, if you stay at the front, you’ll hear more street noise from cars, and the shower has a high entry.

The rooms were clean, comfy and modern, and the garden behind the hotel was a nice spot to relax. A 4‑mile walk through the woods by the river is a great way to spend an afternoon. Breakfast was simple but tasty. The dinner, however, was a disappointment – the 4‑course menu had a cold fish soup that was basically inedible, the main was tough and the pudding had a rock‑like biscuit in the middle.
