The indoor facilities were mostly clean, but the hotel was almost empty and my room had no view. I didn’t get the king bed I had booked, and I was charged for a deposit that wasn’t mentioned. The parking was supposed to be free, yet I was told I could park at the restaurant next door if I wanted free parking.

The location right next to the mall was great, the place was very clean and comfortable, and the front‑desk staff were friendly and helpful. The only downside was that the bar‑restaurant menu was very limited and pricey.
