The location was good and the room was clean, but the air conditioner didn’t work well, the breakfast was below expectations, and this Comfort Inn fell short of what I’d expect from a Comfort Inn.

The atmosphere was spot‑on, everything was clean, comfortable and in order, but the internet and TV never worked despite countless attempts to fix them, and they wouldn’t even move me to another room – that side of the experience was terrible.

The hotel was close to the venue I was attending. AC made a lot of noise, so I had to switch rooms. Curtains didn’t block out light from outside. Complimentary breakfast was limited, so only a few people got any food, and that was at 8:10 am, not even halfway through the morning breakfast schedule.
