“Da evitare”

The staff were polite, but luckily we only slept there one night; we left the window open because of a bad odor and the room filled with mosquitoes, the bathroom was dirty with mold on the curtain and ceiling, the room walls had stains, overall cleaning was poor, at night the fridge made constant noise and a washing machine drained, the half-board dinner and breakfast were disappointing and did not match the site photos, only a low‑quality buffet was available.

I stayed at this hotel in September, the weather was a bit off but otherwise everything met expectations, and most importantly there were no animators and no harassment; thanks for the holiday.

“Correcte pour le prix”

The spot is decent, with a sandy beach near Rethymnon and pleasant sea sounds; staff smile, and the beach tavern is nice, but the food is mediocre, you can't have your own drink at the table even though drinks are pricey, our full glasses were taken while we went to get food, there are no lounge chairs by the pool and it's unused, no activities, the music is eclectic, and the beach offers paid day-use loungers.

“Bon hôtel il faudrait juste revoir les défauts cités pour avoir la note maxi.”

Le personnel était sympathique. Le buffet était copieux. Les espaces à vivre et extérieurs étaient bien entrenus. La proximité de la plage et les transats gratuits. L'équipement sanitaire rideaux de douche, fond de baignoire tâché devraient être remplacés
